what is your return policy?
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return. To request a return please contact us through the contact us form. Items returned to us without notice will not be available for a refund. The cost of return shipping is the expense of the customer and not Lynny Edge.
Certain type of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders, or personalized items. Please get in touch with us if you have concerns about a specific item.
Returns do not apply on sale items, close-out items, or gift cards. These transactions are final.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and original materials. You’ll also need proof of purchase or the order #.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company can take some time to post a refund and is outside of our control.
A 15% restocking and processing fee will be charged on all refunds.
what if My item is damaged or has issues?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue to make it correct.
Any manufactured defect will be warranted for one year with resolution being a repair, replacement or substitution at our discretion. Our items are made to be used, but it should be understood that typical use wear and tear issues should be expected. Warranty will not apply if product is worn due to normal or expected wear & tear. If damaged is caused by user, then no warranty will apply.
To begin a warranty issue, please send a message to us using the contact us form, please include your order number and the name on the order. You will need to take a photograph of the item right out of the packaging.
what is the shipping time?
Unless some unforeseen event occurs, products are placed in the mail within 3 business days. A tracking number will be provided for each package mailed.
where was my item manufactured?
All products are sewn, assembled or built in our shop in New Hampshire. We will do our best to provide component materials made using repurposed materials.
